Mental health and professional quality of life of the nurse of the emergency assisted transport system, during the Covid-19 pandemic, Lima-2021

Abstract

Objective: To determine the relationship between Mental Health and Professional Quality of Life of the nurse of the Assisted Emergency Transport System, during the Covid-19 pandemic, Lima-2021. Methodology: the research will be of a basic type, with a quantitative approach, correlational design, non-experimental nature, will have 112 nurses, from which a sample calculation will be used for a finite population obtaining a sample of 88 nurses, for the collection of data, instruments validated in previous studies will be used; To measure the first variable, the Mental Health questionnaire in the Covid-19 context will be used and for the second variable the Professional Quality of Life questionnaire (CVP-35), which had a reliability according to Cronbach α = 0.876 and 0.81 respectively, estimating to collect the information in one week, to later process the data in the Excel program and finally obtain the results through statistical analysis in the SPSS Statistics 25 program.

Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre Salud Mental y Calidad de Vida Profesional del enfermero del Sistema de Transporte Asistido de Emergencia, durante la pandemia por Covid-19, Lima-2021. Metodología: la investigación será de tipo básica, con enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño correlacional, carácter no experimental, contará con 112 enfermeros, de donde se utilizará un cálculo muestral para una población finita obteniendo una muestra 88 enfermeros, para la recolección de daros se emplearan instrumentos validados en estudios previos; para medir la primera variable se utilizará el cuestionario Salud Mental en el contexto Covid-19 y para la segunda variable el cuestionario de Calidad de Vida Profesional (CVP-35), que contaron con una confiabilidad según Cronbach α =0.876 y 0.81 respectivamente, estimando recolectar la información en una semana, para posteriormente tratar los datos en el programa Excel y finalmente obtener los resultados mediante el análisis estadísticos en el programa SPSS Statistics 25.
