Quality of care and its relationship with the level of satisfaction of the service in patients undergoing hemodialysis therapy in the emergency service of a hospital, Callao‐ 2023

Abstract

Introduction: At present, the World Health Organization defines quality in health as guaranteeing that the patient receives adequate care for their disease, achieving optimal health care and maximum patient satisfaction during their process. Objective: To determine the relationship between quality of care and the level of satisfaction of nursing care in patients undergoing hemodialysis therapy in the emergency service of a Hospital, Callao- 2023. Methods: The construction of scientific knowledge of this construct Investigative will be under the protection of the hypothetical method - deductive, applied type, non-experimental design and correlational level. The census sample will consist of 80 patients undergoing hemodialysis. The survey will be used to apply two questionnaires on a Likert-type scale for the target population, they are validated and reliable to measure the variables in question. The collected data will be processed in SPSS 25 and the hypotheses will be tested using the statistical test of Spearman's correlation coefficient given the qualitative nature of the variables.

En la actualidad La Organización Mundial de la Salud, define la calidad en salud como garantizar que el paciente reciba una atención adecuada para su enfermedad consiguiendo una atención sanitaria óptima y la máxima satisfacción del paciente durante su proceso. Objetivo: Determinar cuál es la relación que existe entre calidad de atención y el nivel de satisfacción del servicio en pacientes sometidos a terapia de hemodiálisis del servicio de emergencia de un Hospital, Callao‐ 2023. Métodos: La construcción del conocimiento científico de este constructo investigativo estará bajo el amparo del método hipotético – deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo aplicada, diseño no experimental y de nivel correlacional. La muestra censal estará constituida 80 pacientes sometidos a terapia de hemodiálisis. Se usará la encuesta para aplicar dos cuestionarios en escala de tipo Likert para la población objetivo, están validados y son confiables para medir las variables en cuestión. Para el presente trabajo de investigación se solicitará la autorización de los familiares de los participantes para la aplicación de las encuestas para luego analizar los datos correspondientes mediante un proceso de codificación de datos mediante el programa SPSSv25, se utiliza la estadística inferencial no paramétricas del chi cuadrado.
