Ergonomic risk level related to musculoskeletals disorders in nursing staff of the sterilization center at hospital level III in Lima 2023

Abstract

The research project will have as objective to determine the relation between the level of ergonomic risk and musculoskeletal disorders in the nursing staff of the sterilization Center at Hospital Level III in Lima 2023. The study population will be integrated for the nursing staff it will be consist of 56 workers that labor in sterilization center. The method of employed study will use hypothetic deductive, type applied of design not experimental cross-section. For the collection of data in the variable level of ergonomic risk will use them the technique the observation and the instrument checklist method fast evaluation of the entire body, which was validated in the year 2017, in Lima for Lic. Silvestre Alvarez Jazmin Danixa through judgment of experts giving a significant concordance of p<0.05 and a reliability of 0.853, for the variable musculoskeletal disorders will used them the technique survey and instrument the questionnaire musculoskeletal disorders, which was validated in the year 2018 in Lima for the Lic. Santamaria Yñonan Rosa Mercedes through judgment of experts giving an applicability in 76.6% and the reliability of Cronbach´s alpha giving 0,981 as a result. For the statistical analysis will use them the program SPSS in their last version and the Software Microsoft Excel for the presentation of statistical and graphic pictures.

El proyecto de investigación tendrá como objetivo determinar como el nivel de riesgo se relaciona con los trastornos musculo esqueléticos en el personal de enfermería de la Central de Esterilización de un Hospital de nivel III en Lima 2023. La población del estudio estará integrado por el personal de enfermería que constará de 56 trabajadores que laboran en el servicio de Central de Esterilización. El método de estudio que se empleará es el hipotético deductivo, tipo aplicada de diseño no experimental de corte trasversal. Para la recopilación de datos en la variable nivel de riesgo ergonómico se utilizará la técnica la observación y el instrumento “Lista de chequeo método evaluación rápida del cuerpo entero”, el cual fue validado en el año 2017, en Lima por Lic. Silvestre Álvarez Jazmín Danixa, mediante juicio de expertos dando una concordancia significativa de p<0.05 y una confiabilidad de 0.853, para la variable trastornos musculoesqueléticos se utilizará la técnica la encuesta y el instrumento Cuestionario de trastornos musculoesqueléticos, el cual fue validado en el año 2018 en Lima por la Lic. Santamaría Yñonan Rosa Mercedes mediante juicio de expertos dando una aplicabilidad 76.6% y su confiabilidad se obtuvo mediante el alfa de Cronbach dando como resultado 0.981. Ambos instrumentos demostraron su validez y confiabilidad. Para el análisis estadístico se utilizará el programa SPSS en su última versión y el software Microsoft Excel para la presentación de cuadros estadísticos y gráficos
