Resumen
The objective of this study is. Determine the relationship between the Working Conditions and the occupational diseases of the Nursing Professional who work in the Services of a Hospital in Chimbote 2024. It has a hypothetical-deductive Methodology, quantitative approach, applied type, non-experimental, correlational and transversal design. With a sample of 80 nursing professionals. To collect data, the working conditions questionnaire validated by expert judgment with a KR-20 reliability will be used, yielding a value of (0.85), as well as the illness questionnaire in nursing professionals validated by expert judgment and KR- reliability. 20 of (0.816). The results will be processed using statistical programs such as SPSS 27, and the results will also be presented in tables and figures.
Resumen
El presente estudio tiene como Objetivo. Determinar la relación entre las Condiciones de trabajo con las enfermedades ocupacionales del Profesional de Enfermería que laboran en los Servicios de un Hospital de Chimbote 2024. Cuenta con una Metodologíahipotético deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo aplicada, diseño no experimental, correlacional y transversal. Con una muestra de 80 profesionales de enfermería. Para el recojo de datos se utilizará el cuestionario de condiciones laborales validado por juicio de expertos con una confiabilidad KR-20 arrojando un valor de (0.85), así mismo el cuestionario de enfermedades en profesionales de enfermería validado por juicio de expertos y confiabilidad KR-20 de (0,816). Los resultados se procesarán usando programas estadísticos como el SPSS 27, además se presentarán los resultados en tablas y figuras.
