Quality of life and adherence to treatment of hemodialysis patients, Grau Renal Disease Clinic, 2022

Abstract

Determine the relationship that exists between quality of life and adherence to treatment in patients on hemodialysis. Population: It will be 158 hemodialysis patients, at the Grau Renal Disease Clinic, 2022. Sample: It will be made up of 112 hemodialysis patients, at the Grau Renal Disease Clinic, 2022. Methodological design: The study will be developed through the type applied, with the support of non-experimental design and a hypothetical as well as deductive method. The design that will be used will be a non-experimental and correlational design. Instruments: To evaluate the variables, two questionnaires will be used through the survey technique. Data analytical process: It will be carried out through the application of the statistical description that will present the results according to levels and inferential statistics through the application of the Spearman Rho test to contrast the hypothesis raised in the study.

Determinar la relación que existe entre la calidad de vida y la adherencia al tratamiento de pacientes en hemodiálisis. Población: Será de 158 pacientes de hemodiálisis, en la Clínica de Enfermedades Renal Grau, 2022. Muestra: Estará conformada por 112 pacientes de hemodiálisis, en la Clínica de Enfermedades Renal Grau, 2022. Diseño metodológico: El estudio se desarrollará a través del tipo aplicada, con el respaldo del diseño no experimental y un método hipotético además de deductivo. El diseño que se utilizará será diseño no experimental y correlacional. Instrumentos: Para evaluar las variables se utilizarán dos cuestionarios a través de la técnica de la encuesta. Proceso analítico de los datos: Se realizará mediante la aplicación de la descripción estadística que presentará según niveles los resultados y la estadística inferencial mediante la aplicación de la prueba Rho de Spearman para contrastación de la hipótesis planteada en el estudio.
