Level of knowledge about the safe surgery checklist and its relation in the application by the nursing professional of the surgical center of a hospital in Huacho, 2020

Abstract

Objective: Determine the level of knowledge about the safe surgery checklist and its relationship in the application by the nursing professional of the surgical center of a hospital in Huacho, 2020. Material and method: The research has a quantitative approach since the Research must be objective, derived from a deductive analysis, where through the use of inferential statistics for the analysis we test the proposed hypotheses. Regarding the methodological design, it is a cross-sectional correlational investigation, in which the researcher will measure two variables which are level of knowledge and application. The population will be made up of 50 people, including nurses and nursing technicians who work in the surgical center area of ​​a Huacho Hospital. Participants were selected according to the fact that they are responsible for completing The Safe Surgery Checklist. Instruments: Survey and observation are the techniques to use for research. The survey is one of the most used because it allows for the systematic, quick and effective collection of data and information and helps to respond to study problems, whether descriptive or correlational.

Objetivo: Determinar el nivel de conocimiento sobre la lista de verificación de cirugía segura y su relación en la aplicación por el profesional de enfermería del centro quirúrgico de un hospital de huacho, 2020. Material y método: La investigación es de enfoque cuantitativo ya que la investigación debe ser objetiva que deriva de un análisis deductivo, donde a través del uso de la estadística inferencial para el análisis probamos las hipótesis planteadas. En cuanto al diseño metodológico es una investigación correlacional de corte transversal, en la cual el investigador medirá dos variables las cuales son nivel de conocimiento y aplicación. La población estará conformada por 50 personas entre enfermeras y técnicos de enfermería que laboran en el área de centro quirúrgico de un Hospital de Huacho. Los participantes fueron seleccionados de acuerdo a que ellos son los responsables de la realización de La Lista de Verificación de Cirugía Segura. Instrumentos: La encuesta y observación son las técnicas para emplear para la investigación. La encuesta es una de las más usadas por que permite recolectar datos e información sistemática, rápida y eficaz ayuda a dar respuesta a los problemas de estudio sean descriptivos o correlacionales.
