| dc.description.abstract | El objetivo de la investigación fue determinar la relación entre el clima organizacional y desempeño laboral de los trabajadores del área administrativa del Hospital René Toche Groppo en el año 2019. Material y métodos. El tipo de investigación es correlacional, cuantitativa, transversal y es no experimental. Se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta y el instrumento fue un cuestionario. Con una muestra de 50 trabajadores. Resultados. El resultado nos indica que no existe relación directa y significativa entre la variable Clima organizacional y Desempeño Laboral en los trabajadores del área administrativo en el hospital René Toche porque el coeficiente Rho de Spearman es de 0,097, con un p-valor igual a 0.751 mayor a 0.05. Así mismo no existe relación estadísticamente significativa, entre la identidad y el desempeño laboral un coeficiente Rho de Spearman de 0,38, con un p-valor 0,760 mayor a 0.05. No existe relación estadísticamente significativa entre la dimensión cooperación y la variable desempeño laboral siendo su coeficiente Rho de Spearman de 0,117, con un p-valor ,616 mayor a 0.05. Se concluye que No existe relación directa y significativa entre la variable Clima organizacional y Desempeño Laboral en los trabajadores del área administrativo en el hospital René Toche. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The objective of the research was to determine the relationship between the organizational climate and work performance of the workers in the administrative area of the René Toche Groppo Hospital in 2019. Material and methods. The type of research is correlational, quantitative, cross-sectional and is non-experimental. The survey technique was used and the instrument was a questionnaire. With a sample of 50 workers. Results. The result indicates that there is no direct and significant relationship between the variable Organizational Climate and Work Performance in workers in the administrative area at the René Toche hospital because Spearman's Rho coefficient is 0.097, with a p-value equal to 0.751 greater than 0.05. Likewise, there is no statistically significant relationship between identity and job performance, a Spearman Rho coefficient of 0.38, with a p-value of 0.760 greater than 0.05. There is no statistically significant relationship between the cooperation dimension and the job performance variable, its Spearman Rho coefficient being 0.117, with a p-value, 616 greater than. It is concluded that there is no direct and significant relationship between the variable Organizational Climate and Work Performance in the workers of the administrative area at the René Toche hospital. | en_US |
