Abstract

Knowledge and practices of adolescent mothers about breastfeeding in health facilities of the DIRIS Lima Centro, 2022. Objective: Determine the relationship between knowledge and practices of adolescent mothers about breastfeeding in health facilities of the DIRIS Lima Centro, 2022 Methodology: Corresponds to a quantitative approach, basic type, correlational level, deductive method, non-experimental cross-sectional design. The sample will be made up of 80 adolescent mothers who attend DIRIS Lima Centro health facilities, during the months of August, September and October of 2022. In addition, the inclusion criteria will be pregnant mothers who attend the Santa Rosa Health Center. of Lima, Villa María Perpetuo Socorro Health Center and Rescate Health Post, pregnant adolescent mothers from 14 to 17 years of age, adolescent mothers who speak Spanish, and adolescent mothers whose parents have signed the informed consent, which will endorse their participation in the research. To collect the information, the survey will be used and the instrument will be the questionnaire. Therefore, the participants will have to answer the questionnaire adapted from Obregón's research carried out in 2018. This questionnaire will be made up of 30 questions: 20 questions related to knowing the level of knowledge about breastfeeding (breastfeeding, breast milk, advantages and breastfeeding techniques) and 10 questions regarding breastfeeding practices (breastfeeding and breastfeeding techniques).

Conocimientos y prácticas de las madres adolescentes sobre la lactancia materna en establecimientos de salud de la DIRIS Lima Centro, 2022. Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre conocimientos y prácticas de las madres adolescentes sobre lactancia materna en establecimientos de salud de la DIRIS Lima centro, 2022. Metodología: Corresponde a enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo básica, nivel correlacional, de método deductivo, diseño no experimental de corte transversal. La muestra estará conformada por 80 madres adolescentes que asisten a establecimientos de salud de la DIRIS Lima Centro, durante los meses de agosto, septiembre y octubre del año 2022. Además, los criterios de inclusión serán madres gestantes que acuden al Centro de salud Santa Rosa de Lima, Centro de salud Villa María Perpetuo Socorro y Puesto de salud Rescate, madres adolescentes gestantes de 14 a 17 años de edad, madres adolescentes que hablen castellano, y madres adolescentes cuyos padres hayan firmado el consentimiento informado, lo cual avalará su participación en la investigación. Para recopilar la información se utilizará la encuesta y, el instrumento será el cuestionario. Por tanto, las participantes tendrán que responder el cuestionario adaptado de la investigación de Obregón realizado en el año 2018. Dicho cuestionario estará conformado por 30 preguntas: 20 preguntas relacionadas a conocer el nivel de conocimiento sobre lactancia (lactancia materna, leche materna, ventajas y técnicas de amamantamiento) y 10 preguntas referentes a prácticas sobre lactancia materna (lactancia materna y técnicas de amamantamiento).
