Risk factors that influence the quality of the investigation at the crime scene of the police personnel of the Ayacucho police stations, year 2021

Abstract

The purpose of the investigation was to determine the risk factors that influence the quality of the crime scene investigation of the police personnel of the Ayacucho Police Stations. It was carried out under the quantitative approach, applied type, non-experimental design; the survey was used, which for the independent variable a value of 0.892 was found and for the dependent variable 0.961 was obtained, showing that there is a very high level of reliability for the results found, which observe that the human factor if significantly influences the quality of crime scene investigation (p-value= 0.001 < 0.05, CCRS= 0.367), technological factor (p-value= 0.008 < 0.05, CCRS= 0.295), environmental factor (p-value= 0.025 < 0.05, CCRS= 0.251) if they significantly influence the quality of crime scene investigation. It concludes that the risk factors do significantly influence the quality of the crime scene investigation (p-value= 0.000 < 0.05) and with a CCRS= 0.534, it shows that there is a considerable positive influence.

La investigación tuvo como propósito determinar los factores de riesgo que influyen en la calidad de investigación de la escena del crimen del personal policial de las Comisarias de Ayacucho. Se realizó bajo el enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo aplicada, diseño no experimental; se hizo uso de la encuesta, las cuales para la variable independiente se encontró un valor de 0.892 y para la variable dependiente se obtuvo 0.961, mostrando que existe un nivel muy alto de confiabilidad por los resultados encontrados, las cuales observan que el factor humano si influye significativamente en la calidad de investigación de la escena del crimen (p-valor= 0.001 < 0.05, CCRS= 0.367), factor tecnológico (p-valor= 0.008 < 0.05, CCRS= 0.295), factor ambiental (pvalor= 0.025 < 0.05, CCRS= 0.251) si influyen significativamente en la calidad de investigación de la escena del crimen. Concluye que los factores de riesgo si influyen significativamente en la calidad de investigación de la escena del crimen (p-valor= 0.000 < 0.05) y con un CCRS= 0.534, muestra que existe una influencia positiva considerable.
