Level of work stress and work performance of the nursing professional in the hospitalization service of a national hospital of Callao, Lima 2023

Abstract

Objective: To determine the level of work stress and the relationship with the work performance of the nursing professional in the hospitalization service. Materials and methods: a quantitative investigation of a non-experimental correlational scope, framed in the hypothetical deductive method of the applied type. The population will be made up of 80 nursing professionals from the hospitalization area of the Callao National Hospital. In this case, the sample will be made up of the entire population, therefore it will be census, only the inclusion and exclusion criteria will be taken into account. The technique to be used will be the survey, 2 instruments validated in the Peruvian context will be applied, this information will respond to the hypotheses raised, analysis will be applied through descriptive and inferential statistics, the hypotheses will be contrasted with the Spermam RHO test, During all the research will maintain a research conduct attached to ethical principles

Objetivo: Determinar el Nivel de estrés laboral y la relación con el desempeño laboral del profesional de enfermería del servicio de hospitalización. Materiales y métodos: una investigación cuantitativa de alcance correlacional no experimental, enmarcada en el método hipotético deductivo de tipo aplicada. La población estará constituida por 80 profesionales de enfermería del área de hospitalización del Hospital Nacional de Callao en este caso la muestra estará constituida por toda la población por lo tanto será censal solo se tomarán en cuenta los criterios de inclusión y exclusión. La técnica a utilizar será la encuesta, se aplicará 2 instrumentos validados en el contexto peruano, esta información dará respuesta a las hipótesis planteadas se aplicarán análisis a través de la estadística descriptiva e inferencial, las hipótesis se contrastarán con la prueba RHO de Sperman, Durante toda la investigación se mantendrá una conducta de investigación apegada a los principios éticos.
