Mothers' satisfaction with the quality of care in growth and development controls in the pre-school stage of the Perú IV Zona Health Center, Lima 2019

Abstract

The research had as objective; determine the level of mothers' satisfaction with the quality of care in the growth and development controls in the pre-school stage of the Peru IV Zona health center, Lima 2019. The material and method; It was quantitative approach, descriptive level, type of non-experimental design and cross-sectional. The sample was made up of 92 mothers of pre-school children. The survey technique was applied and the instrument was; a questionnaire made up of 25 items, with 3 dimensions; human, technical – scientific and environment. Frequency and descriptive statistical tests were used. Results; The level of satisfaction with the quality of care was; high satisfaction 10.9%, medium satisfaction 51.1% and low satisfaction 38%. The human dimension presented a high satisfaction of 31.5%, average satisfaction of 20.7% and low satisfaction of 47.8%. The technical-scientific dimension was expressed; high satisfaction 3.3%, medium satisfaction 39.1% and low satisfaction 57.6%. The environment dimension presented high satisfaction 12%, medium satisfaction 46.7% and low satisfaction 41.3%. Coming to the conclusion; that mothers who go to the health center presented a medium level of satisfaction regarding the quality of care received in growth and development controls.

La investigación tuvo como objetivo; determinar el nivel de satisfacción de las madres sobre la calidad de atención en los controles de crecimiento y desarrollo en etapa pre escolar del centro de salud Peru IV Zona, lima 2019. El material y método; fue enfoque cuantitativo, nivel descriptivo, tipo de diseño no experimental y corte transversal. La muestra estuvo conformada por 92 madres de niños pre escolares. Se aplicó la técnica de la encuesta y el instrumento fue; un cuestionario conformado por 25 items, con 3 dimensiones; humana, técnico – científico y entorno. Se usaron pruebas estadísticas de frecuencias y descriptivas. Resultados; el nivel de satisfacciones de la calidad de atención fue; satisfacción alta 10,9%, satisfacción media 51,1% y satisfacción baja 38%. La dimensión humana presento una satisfacción alta de 31,5%, satisfacción media de 20,7% y satisfacción baja 47,8%. La dimensión técnico- científico manifestaron; satisfacción alta 3,3%, satisfacción media 39,1% y satisfacción baja 57,6%. La dimensión entorno, presento satisfacción alta 12%, satisfacción media 46,7% y satisfacción baja 41,3%. Llegando a la conclusión; que las madres de familia que acuden al centro de salud presentaron un nivel de satisfacción medio, sobre la calidad de atención recibida en los controles de crecimiento y desarrollo.
