Work stress and coping post-covid pandemic 19 in nurses of a surgical center of a Lima clinic, 2022

Abstract

Objective: To determine the relationship between the level of work stress and post-pandemic coping by covid 19 in nurses at the surgical center of a clinic in Lima, 2022. Material and method: This work will use the hypothetical deductive method, quantitative approach, type applied, design non-experimental and cross-sectional correlational level. The population is made up of 80 nurses who work in the surgical center of a clinic in Lima, performing a no probabilistic sampling for convenience; the instrument to obtain information on work stress consists of 30 items and dimensions: physical, psychological, social; The instrument to obtain coping information consists of 30 items and dimensions: directed at the problem, directed at the emotion, directed at avoidance. In the case of the results after data collection, a descriptive and inferential analysis will be carried out where they will be presented in tables and figures, in addition to using Spearman's Rho statistical test to verify hypotheses.

Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre nivel de estrés laboral y afrontamiento post pandemia por covid 19 en enfermeras del centro quirúrgico de una clínica de Lima, 2022. Material y método: El presente trabajo utilizará el método hipotético deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, tipo aplicado, diseño no experimental y nivel correlacional de corte transversal. La población está constituida por 80 enfermeros que laboran en centro quirúrgico de una clínica de Lima, realizando un muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia; el instrumento para obtener la información de estrés laboral consta de 30 ítems y dimensiones: física, psicológica, social; el instrumento para obtener la información de afrontamiento consta de 30 ítems y dimensiones: dirigidos al problema, dirigidos a la emoción, dirigidos a la evitación. En el caso de los resultados luego de la recolección de datos se procederá con un análisis descriptivo como inferencial donde se presentarán en tablas y figuras, además de utilizar la prueba estadística de Rho de Spearman para la comprobación de hipótesis.
