Quality of nursing care and satisfaction of the post-surgical patient of the surgery service of a Hospital in Lima, 2022.

Abstract

The nursing professional carries out his/her activities within the work environment, assisting and above all supporting the patient, maintaining calm, order and great vocational service day by day. Also maintaining the cleanliness of the tools and verifying that the patient complies with the treatment indicated by the doctor. That is why it is important to be able to provide good patient care within the state hospitals, they will determine good care for the patient. Therefore, the present research study has as its objective: To determine the relationship that exists between the quality of nursing care and post-surgical patient satisfaction. The method of observational, correlational and cross-sectional research and quantitative approach. The population will be 80 adult patients, between 18 years old and 60 years old. To measure the quality of nursing care and post-surgical patient satisfaction, the survey technique will be applied and as instruments the questionnaires of quality of care (Spielberg assessment) and patient satisfaction to measure the relationship of the Rho Spearman variables.

El Enfermería ejecuta sus actividades dentro del ámbito laboral, asistiendo y sobre todo apoyando al paciente, manteniendo la calma, el orden y el gran servicio vocacional día a día. Manteniendo también la limpieza de las herramientas y verificando que el paciente cumpla el tratamiento indicado por el médico. Es por ello la importancia de poder brindar una buena atención al paciente dentro de los hospitales del estado, determinaran un buen cuidado para el paciente. Por ello el presente estudio de investigación tiene como Objetivo: Determinar la relación que existe entre la calidad de atención de enfermería y la satisfacción del paciente post quirúrgico. El método de la Investigación de tipo observacional, correlacional y transversal y de enfoque cuantitativo. la población será de 80 pacientes adulto, entre de los 18 años hasta los 60 años. Para medir la calidad de atención de enfermería y la satisfacción del paciente post quirúrgicos, se aplicará la técnica de la encuesta y como instrumentos los cuestionarios de calidad de atención (valoración del Spielberg) y satisfacción del paciente para medir la relación de las variables Rho Spearman.
