| dc.description.abstract | This research will be descriptive, as it will only quantify and describe job stress among nursing staff. It will also be a cross-sectional study. As for the instruments, the Burnout Syndrome will be measured using the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI). The population will consist of 125 healthcare personnel working in the COVID-19 hospitalization service at Daniel Alcides Carrión Hospital, and the sample will be 94 nursing professionals working in the COVID-19 hospitalization service at the same hospital, as stated by Valderrama (2019, p.399). Criterion validation is established with the Pearson correlation applied to the dimensions of the job stress variable. The analysis results show that the variable job stress has a positive relationship with empathetic affinity, with a value of 0.860, indicating a very high correlation. When job stress is related to emotional exhaustion and depersonalization, the values are 0.740 and 0.783, which are considered moderate and high correlations, respectively. In contrast, the relationship between job stress and personal accomplishment has a value of 0.550, which is considered a moderate correlation. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Está investigación será de tipo descriptivo, porque solo se describirá el estrés laboral en el personal de enfermería en forma cuantificada. También será un estudio de corte transversal, en cuanto a los instrumentos se emplearon para el Síndrome de burnout el cuestionario Inventario de Burnout creado por Maslach (MBI). la población estará constituida por 125 personal de la salud que conforman el servicio de hospitalización COVID-19 del hospital Daniel Alcides Carrión y la muestra es igual a 94 personales de enfermería que labora en el servicio de hospitalización COVID-19 del hospital Daniel Alcides Carrión según Valderrama (2019, p.399). la validación de criterio se establece con la correlación de Pearson de al aplicándosela a las dimensiones de la variable estrés laboral, los resultados del análisis de la variable estrés laboral con Afinidad empática tiene relación positiva y se obtiene un valor de 0,860 considerándose una correlación muy alta, al relacionarse estrés laboral con agotamiento emocional y despersonalización tienen valores de 0,740 y 0,783, considerándose correlaciones moderada y alta, mientras al relacionarse estrés laboral con compenetración tiene un valor de 0,550 se considera una correlación moderada. | es_ES |
