Adherence to treatment and quality of life of the patient with hemodialysis therapy at the “Daniel Alcides Carrión” regional hospital - Huancayo, 2023

Abstract

The present investigation has an objective to determine the relationship between treatment adherence and the quality patient's life with hemodialysis therapy at the Regional Daniel Alcides Carrión Hospital's Huancayo, 2023. The method used is hypothetical deductive with a quantitative approach. It is type applied and the correlational design. The sample is 80 patients. The investigation have a census sample, due to the sample and the population are the same. The instruments used are made up of two questionnaires for each variable, then there will be analyzed and systematized. First at all, the acquired data will be reflected in Microsoft Excel tables, thereupon it will be analyzed using the SPSS 25 program.

La presente investigación tendrá como objetivo determinar la relación entre la adherencia al tratamiento y la calidad de vida del paciente con terapia de hemodiálisis en el Hospital Regional Daniel Alcides Carrión de Huancayo, 2023. Se utilizará el método hipotético deductivo, con un enfoque cuantitativo, el tipo de investigación es la aplicada y el diseño correlacional. La muestra estará constituida por 80 pacientes, La investigación tendrá una muestra censal, porque la muestra y la población son iguales. Los instrumentos utilizados en la investigación están conformados por dos cuestionarios de cada variable que posteriormente serán analizados y sistematizados. En primera instancia los datos obtenidos se plasmarán en tablas de Microsoft Excel, luego se analizarán los datos utilizando el programa SPSS versión 25. La prueba estadística que se utilizará en la investigación es la correlación Rho Spearman
