Humanized Care related to the level of satisfaction of parents of hospitalized pediatric patients in a hospital in Lima, 2023

Abstract

The present research work, whose objective is to determine the relationship between humanized care and the level of satisfaction of parents in pediatric patients hospitalized in a national hospital, has a study method that is hypothetical deductive with a quantitative approach. The type of research used is applied because it is intended to analyze what evidence is found in the study variables. The research design will be a study: nonexperimental Cross-sectional: because the study will be measured only once and will be carried out in a given time and Correlational cut: because it tries to measure the relationship between both variables. The population will be made up of 70 parents of hospitalized pediatric patients in a pediatric area of a hospital, its sample was made up of 45 parents of whom are hospitalized, the sampling of this work used the non-probabilistic sampling method because the units of study will be taken intentionally or by conviction. For data collection, the survey technique was used in both instruments and a Likert Scale as an instrument. The first instrument had a value of 0.894 of adequate reliability according to Cronbach's alpha, while the second instrument obtained 0.905 according to the statistical test of Cronbach's Alpha. El presente trabajo de investigación, cuyo objetivo es Determinar la relación entre el cuidado humanizado y el nivel de satisfacción de los padres de familia en pacientes pediátricos hospitalizados en un hospital nación al tiene un método de estudio es hipotético deductivo de enfoque cuantitativo. El tipo de investigación que se utilizó fue la aplicada porque se pretende analizar que evidencias se encuentran en las variables de estudio, El diseño de la investigación será un estudio: no experimental De corte transversal: porque el estudio será medido una sola vez y se realizará en un tiempo determinado y de corte Correlacional: porque trata de medir la relación que hay en ambas variables. La población estará constituido de 80 padres de familia de pacientes pediátricos hospitalizados en una área pediátrica de un hospital, el muestreo de este trabajo se utilizó el método de muestreo no probabilística porque se tomará las unidades de estudio de forma intencional o por convicción. Para la recolección de datos se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta en ambos instrumentos y como instrumento una Escala de Likert. El primer instrumento tuvo un valor de 0,894de confiabilidad adecuada según alfa de Crombach, mientras que el segundo instrumento obtuvo, 0.905 según la prueba estadística de Alfa de Cronbach. Ambas variables fueron sometidos a la opinión de los jueces expertos
