Quality of nursing care and parental satisfaction in the pediatric service of a private clinic, Lima - 2024

Abstract

Objective: Identify the relationship between quality of nursing care and parental satisfaction in the pediatric service of a private clinic, Lima-2023. Method: There will be a sample of 90 duly selected parent and family informants. In relation to the method, it is a correlational study. The survey technique will be applied and for the measurement of variables, 2 instruments will be used, which were carried out in García's study in 2014, to assess both variables. Once the data is available, it will be analyzed using the SPSS 27 statistical program. To evaluate the hypotheses, the Spearman Rho test will be used.

Objetivo: Identificar la relación entre calidad del cuidado enfermero y la satisfacción de padres en el servicio de pediatría de una Clínica privada, Lima-2023. Método: Se contará con una muestra de 90 padres familia informantes debidamente seleccionados. En relación al método, es un estudio correlacional. Será aplicada la técnica de encuesta y para la medición de variables serán empleados 2 instrumentos, los cuales fueron realizados en el estudio de García en el 2014, para valorar ambas variables. Una vez que se cuente con los datos, estos serán analizados por medio del programa estadístico SPSS 27. Para valorar las hipótesis, será empleada la prueba Rho de Spearman.
