Safety culture and compliance with the checklist in the surgical center of a clinic in Lima, 2024

Abstract

Objective: to establish the relationship between the safety culture and compliance with the checklist in the nursing staff in a Surgical Center of a Clinic in Lima, 2024 Methodological Design: it will be hypothetical-deductive, quantitative approach, non-experimental cross-sectional design and correlational scope. Population: there will be 72 nursing staff, and the sample; by 61 nursing staff selected non-probabilistically. Technique: the survey will be used in its questionnaire mode and an observation sheet. Instruments: To evaluate the study variables, a questionnaire and an observation sheet adapted by Tirado M. will be used in 2022. These instruments have validity and reliability. Statistical processing and data analysis: Descriptive techniques will be applied to analyze how each frequency is distributed with respect to the levels for each objective based on variables and dimensions; and an inferential analysis will be carried out to test the hypothesis using Spearman's Rho.

Objetivo: Establecer la relación entre la cultura de seguridad y el cumplimiento de la lista de verificación en el personal de enfermería en un Centro Quirúrgico de una Clínica de Lima, 2024 Diseño Metodológico: será hipotético-deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental transversal y de alcance correlacional. Población: será de 72 personal de enfermería, y la muestra; por 61 personal de enfermería seleccionadas no probabilísticamente. Técnica: se empleará la encuesta en su modalidad de cuestionario y una ficha de observación. Instrumentos: Para evaluar las variables de estudio, se empleará un cuestionario y una ficha de observación adaptadas por Tirado M. en el 2022, dichos instrumentos cuentan con validez y confiabilidad. Procesamiento estadístico y análisis de datos: Se aplicará técnicas descriptivas para analizar cómo es que se distribuye cada frecuencia respecto los niveles para cada objetivo en función de variables y dimensiones; y se realizará un análisis inferencial para probar la hipótesis empleando Rho de Spearman.
