Resumen
Objective: "Determine the relationship that exists between the culture of patient safety and the recording of adverse events by Nursing personnel", the population will consist of 100 nursing professionals, who work in the Neonatal Service of the National Maternal Perinatal Institute. Sample: the total population, Methodological Design: The type of research will be applied. Design will be observational, descriptive, correlational, prospective and crosssectional. Instruments: To evaluate the variable "Patient Safety Culture" the questionnaire adapted by Alvarado Gallardo Connie will be used in 2014 reliable by means of Crombach's Alpha of 0.66 and to evaluate the variable "Register of Adverse Events" the questionnaire adapted by Guevara and Villalobos 2018 will be applied., reliable using Crombach's Alpha with an index of 0.806. The data collection technique will be the survey. Statistical processing and data analysis: it will be carried out using descriptive techniques and frequencies expressed in percentages, the statistical analysis will be according to its distribution through parametric statistical tests (Pearson's Correlation) or non-parametric (Spearman's Rho Correlation)
Resumen
Objetivo:” Determinar la relación que existe entre la cultura de seguridad del paciente y el registro de los eventos adversos del profesional de Enfermería”, población estará constituida por 100 profesionales de enfermería, que trabajan en el Servicio de neonatología del Instituto Nacional materno Perinatal. Muestra: el total de la población, Diseño Metodológico: El tipo de investigación será aplicada. Diseño será observacional, descriptivo, correlacional, prospectivo y transversal. Instrumentos: Para evaluar la variable “Cultura de Seguridad del paciente” se utilizará el cuestionario adaptado por Alvarado Gallardo Connie en el 2014 confiable mediante Alpha de Crombach de 0.66 y para evaluar la variable “ Registro de Eventos Adversos” se aplicará el cuestionario adaptado por Guevara y Villalobos 2018, confiable mediante Alpha de Crombach con índice de 0.806. La técnica de recolección de datos será la encuesta. Procesamiento estadístico y análisis de datos: se realizará mediante técnicas descriptivas y frecuencias expresadas en porcentajes, el análisis estadístico será según sea su distribución a través de pruebas estadísticas paramétricas (Correlación de pearson) o no paramétricas (Correlación Rho de Spearman).
