Quality of nursing care and adherence to treatment of patients with tuberculosis, in the La Victoria district, 2022

Abstract

Introduction: The quality of nursing care and adherence to tuberculosis treatment affects the continuity of treatment of patients affected with tuberculosis. Objective: Determine the relationship that exists between the quality of nursing care and adherence to treatment of patients with tuberculosis in the La Victoria district, 2022. Materials and methods: investigate the quantitative, non-experimental, applied, cross-sectional approach. , which uses the hypothetical deductive method to explore and describe the study phenomena through a survey, applied to 80 patients from the El Pino Health Center. For this purpose, adapted, validated and reliable instruments will be used, such as the Quality of Care and Adherence to Treatment Questionnaire. Statistical analysis will be carried out using descriptive and inferential statistics. Frequency tables and graphs will be prepared; In addition, the hypotheses will be analyzed with Spearman's Rho Correlation Statistical Test to determine their correlation.

Introducción: La calidad del cuidado de enfermería y la adherencia al tratamiento de tuberculosis, afecta en la continuidad del tratamiento de los pacientes afectados con tuberculosis. Objetivo: Determinar cuál es la relación que existe entre la calidad del cuidado de enfermería y la adherencia al tratamiento de pacientes con tuberculosis en el distrito La Victoria, 2022.Materiales y métodos: investiga el enfoque cuantitativo, no experimental, aplicada, de corte transversal, que usa el método hipotético deductivo para explorar y describir los fenómenos de estudio mediante una encuesta , aplicada para 80 pacientes del Centro de Salud El Pino. Para lo cual, se usarán instrumentos adaptados, validados y confiables como el Cuestionario Calidad del cuidado y de la adherencia al tratamiento El análisis estadístico se realizará usando la estadística descriptiva e inferencial. Se elaborarán tablas de frecuencia, y gráficos; además, las hipótesis serán analizadas con la Prueba Estadística de Correlación Rho de Spearman para determinar su correlación.
