Nursing postoperative care and its relationship with the level of satisfaction in patients of the general surgery service of the Hospital de Ica 2023

Abstract

Introduction: the research project titled “Postoperative nursing care and its relationship with the level of satisfaction in patients of the General Surgery service of the Hospital de Ica 2023” has as its main problem: What is the relationship between postoperative nursing care with the level of satisfaction in patients of the General Surgery Service of the Hospital de Ica 2023? for which the objective was to determine the interrelation of both variables. Methodology: A quantitative, non-experimental, applied, correlational and cross-sectional study, where the sample consisted of 97 postoperative patients at the Hospital de Ica. Instrument: Postoperative nursing care will be measured with the instrument adapted and modified by Lecca in 2017, ordered and divided into 15 items within its 3 dimensions, validated and with reliability of Cronbach's alpha 0.798. To measure the satisfaction of the postoperative patient, the questionnaire adapted by Segura and Nicolás in 2018 will be used, validated by 100% expert judgment, with 30 items evaluating three dimensions, obtained a reliability of 0.854 by means of Cronbach's alpha. Data processing and analysis plan: The data obtained will be encoded and typed in the Microsoft Excel program, then exported to the SPSS statistical software for processing and analysis.

El proyecto de investigación titulado “Cuidados posoperatorios de enfermería y su relación con el nivel de satisfacción en los pacientes del servicio de Cirugía General del Hospital de Ica 2023” tiene como problema principal ¿Cuál es la relación entre los cuidados posoperatorios de enfermería con el nivel de satisfacción en los pacientes del Servicio de Cirugía General del Hospital de Ica 2023? para lo que se planteó como objetivo el determinar la interrelación de ambas variables. Metodología: estudio de enfoque cuantitativo, no experimental, aplicada, correlacional y de corte transversal, con muestra de 97 pacientes posoperados. Instrumento: Los cuidados de enfermería posoperatorios se medirá con el instrumento adaptado y modificado por Lecca el 2017, ordenadas y divididas en 15 ítems dentro de sus 3 dimensiones, validado y con confiabilidad de Alfa de Cronbach 0.798. Para medir la satisfacción del paciente posoperado se utilizará el cuestionario adaptado por Segura y Nicolás el 2018, validado por juicio de expertos al 100%, conta de 30 ítems evaluando tres dimensiones, una confiabilidad de Alfa de Cronbach 0.854. Plan de procesamiento: Los datos obtenidos serán codificados y digitados en Microsoft Excel, posteriormente se exportarán al software de estadística SPSS para su procesamiento y análisis.
