Estrés y satisfacción laboral del profesional de enfermería en el servicio de emergencia de un hospital, Lima 2023

Abstract

El objetivo principal de este trabajo de investigación es: Establecer la relación existente entre el estrés y la satisfacción laboral del profesional de enfermería. La metodología y estructura es la siguiente: método hipotético deductivo, no experimental, diseño transversal, enfoque cuantitativo, tipo aplicado y alcance correlacional; la población está compuesta por 80 profesionales de enfermería. El instrumento que mide la variable estrés es la Escala de Estrés de Enfermería (NSS), cuya validación se dispuso mediante prueba piloto y la confiabilidad de 0,89 en Alfa de Cronbach, y el instrumento que evalúa la variable satisfacción laboral es la Escala de Satisfacción Laboral (SL-SPC), donde dicha validación se logró a partir de la medida de Kaiser-Meyer con un valor de 0.852 y una confiabilidad de 0.891 en el Alfa de Cronbach, para la preparación de los datos se utilizará el programa estadístico SPSS versión 23 y Microsoft Excel para la presentación de tablas y gráficos según corresponda para más adelante realizar el estudio e interpretación del producto obtenido
