Estrés laboral y rendimiento laboral en el personal de enfermería del servicio de emergencia de un hospital público nivel II de Puente Piedra, 2023

Abstract

La presente investigación estableció como principal objetivo determinar la relación entre el estrés laboral y el rendimiento laboral en el personal de enfermería del servicio de emergencia de un hospital público nivel II de puente piedra, 2023 , empleando como metodología de estudio el enfoque no experimental, cuantitativo , correlacional y de corte transversal, considerándose como población total de estudio a 85 enfermeras del área de emergencia, empleándose como instrumento de recolección de datos, 2 instrumentos validados para medir el estrés y el desempeño laboral, los datos recolectados serán analizados mediante estadística inferencial y la prueba RHO de Spermam la para poder responder a las hipótesis de investigación planteadas, mantenido y respetando en todo momento los principios éticos en investigación.

The objective is to determine work stress and work performance in the nursing staff of the emergency service of a Level II Public Hospital in Puente Piedra, 2023. As a methodology, a hypothetical deductive quantitative descriptive correlational non-experimental study and correlational scope will be used. Likewise, the sample for this study will be made up of a population of 85 nurses who work in the emergency area of the hospital under study; On the other hand, each variable will be measured by means of a scale-type survey (questionnaire), for this each of the instruments has a reliability of which values have reached 0.790 Cronbach's for work stress and for work performance a value of 0.936, a value of 0.936 will be used. Excel and SPSS version 25 program for statistical analysis, applying inferential statistics in this way, the proposed hypotheses will be answered, contrasting them with Superman's RHO test, and the descriptive results will also be expressed in frequency in percentage terms illustrated in graphs and bars respectively, throughout the research, research conduct in line with ethical principles will be maintained.
