Apoyo familiar y su relación con la calidad de vida del adulto mayor que acuden al servicio de geriatría de consultorios externos del Hospital Santa Rosa Lima-2023

Abstract

La relación del apoyo familiar en su dimensión apoyo afectivo con la calidad de vida del adulto mayor hay moderado grado de apoyo familiar con regular calidad de vida del adulto mayor ambos se relacionan en 57%. La relación del apoyo familiar en su dimensión valorativo, hay bajo grado de apoyo familiar con mala calidad de vida del adulto mayor donde se relacionan en 71%. La relación del apoyo familiar en su dimensión informativo e instrumental, hay moderado grado de apoyo familiar con regular calidad de vida del adulto mayor se relacionan en 63%. La relación del apoyo familiar, en nuestros resultados encontramos que hay moderado grado de apoyo familiar con regular calidad de vida del adulto mayor se relacionan en 89%.

Objective: To analyze the relationship of family support with the quality of life of the elderly who attend the Geriatric Service of Outpatient Clinics of the Hospital Santa Rosa Lima 2023. Materials and methods: The work has a quantitative approach, the methodological design is descriptive and cross-sectional. The study has non-probabilistic sampling, census-based, where 64 elderly users of the Outpatient Geriatrics Service of the Santa Rosa Hospital were taken. Results. In the relationship of family support in its affective support dimension with the quality of life of the elderly, there is a moderate degree of family support with regular quality of life of the elderly in 58%. In the relationship of family support in its evaluative dimension, in our results we found that there is a low degree of family support with poor quality of life of the elderly in 67%. In the relationship of family support in its informative and instrumental dimension, in our results there is a moderate degree of family support with regular quality of life of the elderly in 68%. In the relationship of family support, there is a moderate degree of family support with regular quality of life of the elderly in 68%.
