Quality of care is a universally known concept and is applicable as a “quality management system” at any organizational level, regardless of whether it is public or private. In this way, quality in an establishment in the hospital sector is the improvement of the service with certain international quality standards, then user satisfaction depends on quality. The objective of the research is to “Determine how the “quality of care is related to the satisfaction” of the adult user in the Emergency Service of a Hospital of the Ministry of Health in the North of Metropolitan Lima. 2023.” The method used will be a hypothetical deductive, quantitative, applied, descriptive, nonexperimental, cross-sectional study. The sample will be selected probabilistically by a simple random method and will consist of 377 who go to the “emergency service.” The technique to be used will be a survey and its instrument will be a Likert scale questionnaire. The instruments that will be applied for this study will have a certain criterion of validity and high reliability. The research will be planned between the months of January and March 2024. The data will be recorded in Excel 2013 computer media and the statistical analysis will be using SPSS version 28. The results obtained will be presented in tables and graphs according to the objectives set. Likewise, the results will be discussed and analyzed. The test to be used will be the “Spearman’s Rho” test for non-parametric data.
Resumen
Objetivo: Describir la calidad de atención y la satisfacción del usuario adulto en el servicio de emergencia de un hospital del ministerio de salud en el norte de lima metropolitano.El método empleado será un estudio hipotético deductivo, cuantitativo, aplicada, descriptivo, no experimental, de corte transversal. La muestra será seleccionada de manera probabilística método aleatorio simple y que estará constituido por 377 que acuden al “servicio de emergencia. Como técnica a emplearse será encuesta y su instrumento será cuestionario tipo escala de Likert, los instrumentos que se aplicarán para este estudio tendrá cierto criterio de validez y de alta confiabilidad. La investigación estará prevista entre los meses de enero del 2024 hasta marzo. Los datos serán registrados en medios informático de Excel 2013 y el análisis estadístico será empleando el SPSS versión 28. Los resultados que arrojan serán presentados tablas y gráficos según los objetivos planteados; de mismo modo, los resultados serán discutidos y analizados. La prueba a emplearse será la prueba para datos no paramétricas “Rho de Spearman”.
