Work overload and stress in the administrative staff of registration area N° ix – lima headquarters

Abstract

Objective: In this research it is determined that the staff suffers mental and physical fatigue excessively producing this work stress and damages in their health, with a deduction that working long hours and odd hours and working conditions increase the work overload that exists in their workplace, updated theories were addressed that reflect the elements and factors of work overload and how it affects the health of workers causing stress. My validation of my two instruments was carried out in expert judgments and processed with a binomial test, reliability obtained through a pilot test of 20 elements obtaining results of KR-20 was 0.92 and work stress was obtained 0.87 in the Cronbach Alpha coefficient. My primary option is to protect the life, dignity, integrity, reliability and privacy of the participants of said study, with a deductive research method of quantitative approach with observational, descriptive correlational research type with a non-experimental design with a population sample of 150 workers.

"Objetivo: en esta investigación se determina que el personal sufre cansancio mental y físico de manera excesiva produciendo este estrés laboral y daños en su salud, con una deducción que trabajar largas horas y deshoras y condiciones de trabajos aumentan la sobrecarga laboral que existe en su puesto de trabajo, se abordaron teorías actualizadas que refleja los elementos y factores de la sobrecarga laboral y como afecta la salud de los trabajadores ocasionando estrés. Mi validación de mis dos instrumentos fue realizada en juicios de expertos y procesados con prueba binominal, confiabilidad obtenida a través de una prueba piloto de 20 elementos obteniendo resultados de KR-20 fue de 0.92 y de estrés laboral se obtuvo 0.87 en el coeficiente Alfa de Cronbach. Mi opción primordial es proteger la vida, dignidad, la integridad confiabilidad y intimidad de los participantes de dicho estudio, con un método de investigación deductivo de enfoque cuantitativo con tipo de investigación observacional, descriptivo correlacional con un diseño no experimental con una muestra de población de 150 trabajadores."
