Objective: To analyze the relationship between the level of patient satisfaction with the quality of care received by the nursing staff within the Emergency Service of the María Auxiliadora Hospital Lima 2022. Material and method: This work has a quantitative approach, since it is used in data collection which will be demonstrated through hypotheses that will be contrasted by statistical analysis of its attributes or qualities that were described in determining the result according to the behavioral model of the populations. When talking about quantitative research, statistical work is referred to, this being the foundation of said approaches, when we analyze objective realities from numerical measurements with their respective statistical analysis that will be analyzed the patterns or predictions of the behaviors of the phenomena or the problems posed.
Resumen
Objetivo: Analizar la relación entre el nivel de satisfacción del paciente con la calidad atención recibida por el personal de enfermería dentro del Servicio de Emergencia del Hospital María Auxiliadora Lima 2022. Material y método: Este trabajo es de enfoque cuantitativo, dado que se usa en la toma de datos el cual se demostrará mediante hipótesis que será contrastado por los análisis estadísticos de sus atributos o cualidades que fueron descritos en la determinación del resultado según el modelo de conducta de las poblaciones. al hablar de las investigaciones cuantitativas se dan por aludidos al quehacer estadístico, siendo ello el fundamento de dichos enfoques, cuando analizamos las realidades objetivas desde las mediciones numéricas con su respectivo análisis estadísticos que serán analizados los patrones o predicciones de los comportamientos de los fenómenos o de los problemas planteados.
