Perception of humanized nursing care and level of anxiety in hemodialysis patients of a public hospital, Lima 2023

Abstract

Introduction: Humanized nursing care must be comprehensive, holistic; this aspect is a crucial component in terms of user perception and anxiety, which would consequently impact the development of the disease and influence their health. Objective: “Determine the relationship between the perception of humanized nursing care and the level of anxiety in hemodialysis users in a public hospital in Lima, 2023.” Methods: hypothetical deductive, quantitative, applied, non-experimental, correlational, transversal. 75 Hemodialysis patients will be surveyed to know the perception of humanized care using the PCHE 3rd version questionnaire, tested validity and Crombach's alpha reliability = 0.96; Anxiety level will be measured with a validated Anxiety Test and reliability α= 0.85. The results will be given through SPSS 26 statistical programs. They will be evidenced through figures and tables.

Introducción: El cuidado humanizado enfermero debe ser integral, holístico; este aspecto es un componente crucial en cuanto a la percepción de los usuarios y la ansiedad, que consecuentemente repercutirían en el desarrollo de la enfermedad e influir en su salud. Objetivo: “Determinar la relación entre percepción del cuidado humanizado enfermero y nivel de ansiedad en usuarios de Hemodiálisis de un hospital público de Lima, 2023”. Métodos: deductivo hipotético, cuantitativo, aplicada, no experimental, correlacional, transversal. 75 pacientes de Hemodiálisis, se encuestará para conocer la percepción del cuidado humanizado mediante el cuestionario PCHE 3era versión, validez probada y confiabilidad alfa de Crombach= 0,96; se medirá nivel de ansiedad con Test de Ansiedad validado y confiabilidad α= 0,85. Los resultados se darán por medio de programas estadísticos SPSS 26. Evidenciarán a través de figuras y tablas.
