Humanized care and satisfaction of care perceived by parents of premature newborns in the neonatal intensive care unit in a private clinic in Lima, 2022

Abstract

This research aims to: Determine the relationship that exists between humanized care and satisfaction of care perceived by parents of premature newborns in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in a private clinic in Lima. The methodology: hypothetical deductive method, non-experimental design, quantitative approach, descriptive, applied, correlational, cross-sectional; The sample will consist of 60 parents, the instruments that will be used for the research work will be the servqual questionnaire that will measure the satisfaction of the care perceived by parents and the Nyberg Caring Assessment Scale questionnaire (Humanized Care Evaluation Scale). which are already validated; Both instruments have a high level of statistical reliability (0.75 in Cronbach's alpha). The data collection will take approximately 30 minutes for each participant. Tables and graphs will be used for analysis and interpretation. . Likewise, to contract the hypothesis, the Spearman Test will be used as statistical estimation, with a confidence level of 95%, an error of 5%, which will be reflected in the contingency table of both variables.

Esta investigación tiene como Objetivo: Determinar la relación que existe entre el cuidado humanizado y satisfacción de la atención percibida por los padres de recién nacido prematuro en la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos Neonatales en una clínica privada de Lima. La metodología: metodo hipotetico deductivo, diseño no experimental, de enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo descriptivo, aplicada, correlacional, de corte transversal; la muestra estará constituida por 60 padres, los instrumentos que se usaran para el trabajo de investigación serán El cuestionario servqual que medirá la satisfacción de la atención percibida por los padres y el cuestionario de Nyberg Caring Assessment Scale (Escala de Evaluación del Cuidado Humanizado), los cuales ya están validados; ambos instrumentos tienen un alto nivel de confiabilidad (de 0.75 en el alfa de Cronbach) estadística, para la recolección de la información se tendrá una duración aproximada de 30 minutos, para cada participante, para el análisis e interpretación se harán uso de tablas, gráficos. Asimismo, para la contratación de la hipótesis, se utilizará cómo estimación estadística la Prueba de Spearman, con un nivel de confianza del 95%, un error del 5%, el cual será plasmado en la tabla de contingencia de ambas variables.
