Quality of nursing care and its relationship with the perception of patient care in the oncology preventive unit of the Edgardo Rebagliati Martins National Hospital, Lima-Peru 2021

Abstract

It is necessary to implement strategies that allow providing this population group with more humanized and specialized care, with individual and family interventions. The objective of this study will be to determine the relationship between the quality of nursing care and its relationship with the perception of patient care in the Oncology Preventive Unit of the Edgardo Rebagliati Martins National Hospital, Lima- Peru 2021 ”. Study with a quantitative approach, correlational level, cross-sectional and non-observational design, in a population of 200 cancer patients in the Hospitalization service. In a sample of n = 100 oncology patients. The sampling is non-probabilistic. Two instruments already validated by experts were used, the Nursing Care Quality Questionnaire and the Patient's Perception of Care. The reliability of the instruments was carried out using Cronbach's Alpha.

Es necesario la implementación de estrategias que permitan brindad a este grupo poblacional un cuidado más humanizado y especializado, con intervenciones de tipo individual, familiar. El presente estudio tendrá como objetivo, Determinar la relación entre calidad del cuidado enfermero y su relación con la percepción de la atención del paciente de la Unidad preventorio oncológico del hospital Nacional Edgardo Rebagliati Martins, Lima- Perú 2021”. Estudio de abordaje cuantitativo, nivel correlacional, corte transversal y diseño no observacional, en una población de 200 pacientes con cáncer en el servicio de Hospitalización. en una muestra de n= 100 pacientes oncológicos. El muestreo es no probabilístico. Se utilizó dos instrumentos ya validados por expertos, Cuestionario de calidad de atención enfermero y Percepción de la atención del paciente. la fiabilidad de los instrumentos sr realizo mediante Alfa de Cronbach.
