Quality of care and satisfaction of mothers who attend the growth and development service in the Breña health facility - 2021

Abstract

The research entitled "Quality of care and satisfaction of mothers who attend the growth and development service at the Breña health establishment - 2021 aimed to determine how the quality of care is related to satisfaction in mothers who attend the growth and development service. The research method was hypothetical deductive, quantitative approach, applied type, non-experimental descriptive correlational cross-sectional design. The population consisted of 450 mothers, the sample of 207 mothers and the adjusted sample of 141 mothers, for this, the survey was used as a technique and the questionnaire as an instrument.

La investigación titulada “Calidad de atención y satisfacción de las madres que acuden al servicio de crecimiento y desarrollo en el establecimiento de salud Breña – 2021” tuvo como objetivo Determinar como la calidad de atención se relaciona con la satisfacción en madres que acuden al servicio de crecimiento y desarrollo. El método de la investigación fue hipotético deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo aplicada, de diseño no experimental descriptivo correlacional de corte transversal. la población estuvo conformada por 450 madres, la muestra de 207 madres y la muestra ajustada de 141 madres, para ello se utilizó la encuentra como técnica y el cuestionario como instrumento.
