Working conditions and work stress in the nursing staff of the sterilization center of the Virgen de la Puerta Alta Complexity Hospital, La Libertad-Essalud, 2022

Abstract

The objective of this research is: To determine the relationship that exists between working conditions and work stress in the nursing staff who work in the central sterilization service of the Virgen de la Puerta High Complexity Hospital, La Libertad – Es Salud. , 2022. Methodology: Study with a quantitative approach, hypothetical-deductive method, applied type, non-experimental design, cross-sectional correlational, the population will be finite made up of 80 participants (nurses and technicians) who They work in the Central Sterilization service. Two validated instruments will be applied, the Dextre working conditions questionnaire (2019), the Maslach, Schaufeli and Leiter (2001) work stress questionnaire, to establish the degree of relationship between the variables and test the hypotheses, the coefficient of Spearman correlation. Statistical significance will be determined if p<0.05, the null hypothesis is rejected. Ethical principles will be respected during the research.

La presente investigación tiene como Objetivo: Determinar la relación que existe entre las condiciones de trabajo y el estrés laboral en el personal de enfermería que labora en el servicio de central de esterilización del Hospital de Alta Complejidad Virgen de la Puerta, La Libertad – Es Salud, 2022. Metodología: Estudio de enfoque cuantitativo, método hipotético-deductivo, de tipo aplicada, diseño no experimental, correlacional de corte transversal, la población será finita conformada por 80 participantes (enfermeras y técnicos) que laboran en el servicio de Central de Esterilización. Se aplicará dos instrumentos validados, el cuestionario de condiciones de trabajo Dextre (2019), el cuestionario de estrés laboral de Maslach, Schaufeli y Leiter (2001), para establecer el grado de relación entre las variables y comprobar las hipótesis se utilizará el coeficiente de correlación de Spearman. La significancia estadística estará determinada si p<0,05, se rechaza la hipótesis nula. Durante la investigación se respetará los principios éticos.
