Occupational risk and work performance of health personnel from the hemodialysis unit of the Hospital Complex of the National Police of Peru Luis Nicasio Sáenz, 2022.

Abstract

When we talk about occupational risks we refer to the conditions to which health personnel are at risk, which can cause harm or injury to the worker, understanding that if the worker has an optimal and safe work environment, their job performance will be maximized, that is, they will carry out their tasks with the best quality standards. Objective: To determine the relationship between occupational risk and the work of health personnel in the hemodialysis unit of the PNP Luis N Sáenz Hospital Complex 2022. Method: The hypothetical deductive method was used, typical of the quantitative approach study. The population will be made up of health personnel who total 40, made up of 15 doctors, 12 nurses and 17 nursing experts who work in the hemodialysis unit of the PNP Luis N Sáenz Hospital Complex. As for the instrument for measuring the first variable, occupational risk, the Occupational Risk Questionnaire for health personnel in the hemodialysis unit will be used, and for measuring the second variable, job performance, the Job Performance Questionnaire for health personnel in the hemodialysis unit will be used.

Al hablar de riesgos ocupacionales nos referimos a las condiciones a los que están arriesgados el personal de salud, los cuales pueden causar daño o lesión al trabajador, entendiéndose que si el trabajador cuenta con ambiente de trabajo optimo y seguro su desempeño laboral se maximizara, es decir realizara sus labores con los mejores estándares de calidad. Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre el riesgo ocupacional y el trabajo laboral del personal de salud de la unidad de hemodiálisis del Complejo Hospitalario PNP Luis N Sáenz 2022. Método: Se manejó el método hipotético deductivo, propio del estudio de enfoque cuantitativo. la población estará formada por personal de salud que en total suman 40, conformado por 15 médicos, 12 enfermeros y 17 expertos de enfermería que atarean en la unidad de hemodiálisis del Complejo Hospitalario PNP Luis N Sáenz. en cuanto al instrumento de medición del primer variable riesgo ocupacional, se utilizará el Cuestionario Riesgo Ocupacional del personal de salud de la unidad de hemodiálisis y para la medición de la segunda variable desempeño laboral, se utilizará el Cuestionario Desempeño Laboral del personal de salud de la unidad de hemodiálisis.
