Resumen
The main objective of this research was to determine the relationship between organizational climate and level of work stress of the nursing staff of a hospital in Metropolitan Lima, 2022, for which a hypothetical-deductive method was implemented, with a type of applied research, of design not experimental cross-sectional study in a sample of 162 nurses to whom two questionnaires were applied in order to specify the present levels of organizational climate and work stress. The main results obtained through Spearman's Rho coefficient showed the existence of a significance lower than 0.05 (p=<0.05) likewise, the coefficient obtained was -.932, therefore, it was possible to conclude that there is an inverse and negative relationship between the organizational climate and the levels of work stress in the nursing staff of a hospital in Metropolitan Lima, 2022.
Resumen
Objetivo: Identificar la relación entre clima organizacional y nivel de estrés laboral del personal de enfermería de un hospital de Lima Metropolitana, 2022, Material y métodos: para ello se implementó un método hipotético deductivo, con un tipo de investigación aplicada, de diseño no experimental de corte transversal en una muestra de 162 enfermeros a quienes se le aplicaron dos cuestionarios a fin de precisar los niveles presentes de clima organizacional y estrés laboral.
