The use of automated systems for blood analysis offers efficiency and speed in obtaining results, but it is essential to ensure the precision and reliability of these data. This study aims to compare the results of the automated leukocyte differential count obtained using the GENRUI KT-40 automated system with those from manual peripheral smear examination.
Resumen
El uso de sistemas automatizados para el análisis de sangre ofrece eficiencia y rapidez en los resultados, pero es fundamental garantizar la precisión y la confiabilidad de estos datos. En este estudio, se busca guardar la concordancia entre el resultado del recuento diferencial de leucocitos obtenidos por el sistema automatizado GENRUI KT -40 y los obtenidos a partir del examen manual de lámina periférica.
