Organizational climate and work performance of the professional nursing in the emergency area of a hospital in Lima 2023

Abstract

General objective: Determine the organizational climate and its relationship with the work performance of the nursing professional in the emergency area. Materials and Methods: a nonexperimental cross-sectional correlational level investigation. Population: The population will be made up of 95 nursing professionals who work in the emergency area of the national hospital of Lima, since it is a small population, it will become a census sample according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. To measure the knowledge variable, 2 standardized instruments with Peruvian validity and reliability will be used. The processing of the data and its subsequent statistical analysis will be carried out through the statistical software for social sciences, SPSS version 23 program, the data obtained will be entered, after correlative coding. During this process, data cleaning will be taken into account, excluding those questionnaires that presented at least one missing response to the main variables. To determine the relationship between the study variables, inferential statistical analysis will be used to establish the relationship between the variables through the chi square statistical test.

Objetivo general: Determinar el clima organizacional y su relación con el desempeño laboral del profesional de enfermería del área de emergencia. Materiales y Métodos: una investigación no experimental de corte transversal de nivel correlacional. Población: La población estará conformada por 95 profesionales de enfermería que se desempeñan en el área de emergencia del hospital nacional de Lima, debido a que se trata de una población pequeña se convertirá en una muestra censal de acuerdo con los criterios de inclusión y exclusión. Para medir la variable conocimiento se utilizará 2 instrumentos estandarizados con validez y confiabilidad peruana. El procesamiento de los datos y su posterior análisis estadístico se realizará a través del software estadístico para ciencias sociales, programa SPSS versión 23, se ingresarán los datos obtenidos, previa codificación correlativa. Durante dicho proceso se tendrá en cuenta la depuración de datos, excluyendo aquellos cuestionarios que presentaron al menos una respuesta perdida de las variables principales. Para determinar la relación entre las variables de estudio se utilizará, el análisis estadístico inferencial para establecer la relación entre las variables será a través de la prueba estadística del chi cuadrado.
