Resumen
Objective: To determine how the quality of nursing care is related to user satisfaction at a Health Center in Iquitos, 2023. Methodology: A quantitative, applied, non-experimental, correlational, cross-sectional study approach was developed; In the case of the present investigation, 80 users of the Iquitos health center during the month of May 2023 formed the sample. Results. There are users of a Health Center in Iquitos; ages from 15 to 25 years old 51%, from 26 to 35 years old 16%, from 36 years old and over 33%; Female 76.3% and Male 23.8%; with Higher education in 11.3%, Primary 55%, Secondary 33.8%; Employee 27.5%, Worker 15%, Merchant 48.8% and Professor 8.8%. The quality of nursing care is related to user satisfaction, there is an average quality of nursing care with intermediate user satisfaction at 71.3%. In the Accessibility dimension of nursing care quality is related to user satisfaction, there is medium nursing care quality with intermediate user satisfaction at 58.8%. In the dimension Explains and facilitates the quality of nursing care is related to user satisfaction, there is medium quality of nursing care with intermediate user satisfaction at 60%. In the Comfort dimension of nursing care quality with user satisfaction, there is medium nursing care quality with intermediate user satisfaction at 75%. In the dimension Nursing care quality is anticipated with user satisfaction, there is average nursing care quality with intermediate user satisfaction at 63.8%. In the dimension Monitor and follow up on the quality of nursing care, it is related to user satisfaction, there is medium quality of nursing care with intermediate user satisfaction at 63.8%.
Resumen
Objetivo: Objetivo: Determinar la como la calidad del cuidado de enfermería se relaciona con la satisfacción del usuario de un Centro de Salud de Iquitos, 2023. Metodología: Se desarrolló enfoque de estudio cuantitativo, aplicado, no experimental, correlacional, de corte transversal; En el caso de la presente investigación se contó con 80 usuarios del centro de salud de Iquitos durante el mes de mayo del 2023 conformaron la muestra. Resultados. Hay usuarios de un Centro de Salud de Iquitos; edades de 15 a 25 años 51%, de 26 a 35 años 16%, de 36 a más años 33%; Femenino 76.3% y Masculino 23.8%; con estudio Superior en 11.3%, Primaria 55%, Secundaria 33.8%; Empleado 27.5%, Obrero 15%, Comerciante 48.8% y Profesor 8.8%.
