Quality of care and patient satisfaction in the hospitalization area of ​​the II Vitarte Essalud hospital, Lima - 2022.

Abstract

Objective: The aim was to determine the relationship between quality of care and patient satisfaction in the hospitalization area of Hospital II Vitarte EsSalud, 2022. Materials and methods: The approach taken was quantitative, the design used was correlational and cross-sectional. The sample of participants was calculated, which consisted of 90 users. The technique for collecting data was the survey. The instruments applied were CUCACE and the CARE Q questionnaire.

Objetivo: Se busco determinar la relación entre la calidad de cuidado y satisfacción del paciente del área de hospitalización del Hospital II Vitarte EsSalud, 2022. Materiales y métodos: El enfoque asumido fue el cuantitativo, el diseño empleado fue correlacional y transversal. Se calculó la muestra de los participantes la cual estuvo conformada por 90 usuarios. la técnica para recoger datos fue la encuesta. Los instrumentos aplicados fueron CUCACE y el cuestionario CARE Q.
