Perception of the critical patient's family member on the nurse's therapeutic communication at the Huacho Regional Hospital, 2020.

Abstract

In the evolution of hospitalized patients, families are subjected to a difficult situation, with adverse reactions due to the sudden crisis caused by the illness of the patient, along with lack of attention from the healthcare staff through emotional and verbal communication. If the patient does not fulfill their family, work, and social roles and assumes the role of patient, the patient’s role becomes passive in social and expectations regarding care. The patient must accept all interventions without complaint, including physical examinations and procedures that may involve pain, and must adapt to changes in sleep and hygiene habits. The increasing prevalence of chronic degenerative diseases has created situations where, according to the World Health Organization (WHO), such diseases are slow-progressing and durable.

En evolución del paciente en hospitalización, somete a las familias a una situación fuerte y difícil, con reacciones adversas con crisis súbita con la enfermedad de enfermo con falta de atención por el personal de salud mediante comunicación emocional y verbal.Si el paciente no ejerce el rol familiar, laboral y social y tiene rol de paciente, la labor del paciente es pasivo por lo social y expectativas en atención. El paciente tiene que aceptar sin queja toda intervención con exploración del cuerpo y de su privacidad, mediante exámenes y situaciones con dolor; renunciara a preferencias cambiando el hábito de sueño y aseo. El aumento de enfermedades crónico degenerativas ha traído situaciones, para la Organización Mundial de la salud (OMS) dice es enfermedad de progresión lenta y durable.
