Work overload and quality in nursing records at Hospital II Ramón Castilla - EsSalud Lima, 2023

Abstract

Objective: To determine the relationship between work overload and quality in nursing records at Hospital II Ramon Castilla -EsSalud- Lima 2023. Materials and method: it will be a quantitative approach, non-experimental design, cross-correlational. The population will be made up of 85 nursing professionals who work at the Hospital II Ramon Castilla. The instrument that will be used to measure work overload will be the Workload Questionnaire prepared by Gallardo Molina, Lizbet in Lima-Peru in the year 2021. The main objective is to determine the quality of nursing records. The instruments used will be: "Research file: nursing note sheet", these instruments were prepared by Jiménez, 2021. Once the information has been collected, the IBM SPSS Statistics program will be used and subsequently a statistical and inferential analysis will be carried out based on the objectives set aligned with the study variables.

Objetivo: Determinar la relación que existe entre la sobrecarga laboral y calidad en los registros de enfermería en el Hospital II Ramon Castilla -EsSalud- Lima 2023. Materiales y método: será de enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental, transversal correlacional. La población estará compuesta por 85 profesionales de enfermería que laboran en el Hospital II Ramón Castilla. El instrumento que se utilizará para medir la sobrecarga laboral será el Cuestionario de carga laboral elaborado por Gallardo Molina en 2021. El objetivo principal busca determinar la calidad de los registros de enfermería. Los instrumentos utilizados serán: “Ficha de investigación: hoja de notas de enfermería”, estos instrumentos fueron elaborados por Jiménez, 2021. Una vez recopilada la información se utilizará el programa IBM SPSS Statistics y posteriormente se realizará un análisis estadístico e inferencial en base a los objetivos planteados alineado a las variables de estudio.
