Nursing care and its relationship with quality of life in cancer patients in a hospital in Lima- 2022.

Abstract

Objective: The purpose of the research will be to determine the relationship between nursing care and quality of life in oncology patients in a hospital in Lima-2022. Methodology: The research will be quantitative, basic, correlational, non-experimental, cross-sectional. Likewise, it will be made up of a finite population of 80 adult oncology patients in a hospital in Lima. The inclusion aspects were considered to be oncology patients from 30 to 70 years of age, between men and women, who do not present mental alteration and agree to sign the informed consent; the exclusion criteria will be patients who are under 30 years of age, who do not have an oncological diagnosis or with mental disorders. The study technique will be the survey and the instrument will be the questionnaire. The nursing care instrument belongs to Juárez with a reliability of 0.819 Cronbach's Alpha and the quality of care instrument belongs to Linares with a high reliability of 0.804 Cronbach's Alpha; the same ones that are valid according to expert judgment and comply with all ethical aspects.

Objetivo: la finalidad de la investigación será determinar la relación que existe entre los cuidados de enfermería y la calidad de vida en pacientes oncológicos en un hospital de Lima-2022.” Metodología: la investigación será cuantitativa, básica, correlacional, no experimental transversal. Asimismo, estará constituida por una población finita de 80 pacientes oncológicos mayores de edad en un hospital de Lima. Se consideraron, los aspectos de inclusión serán los pacientes oncológicos de 30 a 70 años entre varones y mujeres, que no presenten alteración mental y acepten firmar el consentimiento informado; los criterios de exclusión serán los pacientes que sean menores a 30 años, que no presenten diagnóstico oncológico o con alteraciones mentales. la técnica del estudio será la encuesta y, el instrumento será el cuestionario. El instrumento de cuidados de enfermería pertenece a Juárez con una confiabilidad de 0,819 Alfa de Cronbach y, el instrumento de calidad de atención pertenece a Linares con una confiabilidad alta de 0,804 Alfa de Cronbach; los mismos que poseen validez por juicio de expertos y, cumplen con todos los aspectos éticos.
