Professional competences and the work performance of the nursing professional of the neonatology service of an ESSALUD hospital, 2021.

Abstract

Objective: To determine how professional competencies are related to the job performance of nursing professionals in the neonatology service of an Essalud hospital, 2021. This research corresponds to the hypothetical-deductive method, with a quantitative approach, and the type of study is descriptive, correlational, non-experimental, and cross-sectional design. The population will consist of 30 nursing professionals. The technique used was the survey, and the instrument was a Likert Scale questionnaire, consisting of 20 items.

Objetivo: Determinar cómo las competencias profesionales se relacionan con el desempeño de laboral del profesional de enfermería del servicio de neonatología de un Hospital Essalud, 2021. La presente investigación corresponde al método hipotético-deductivo, con enfoque cuantitativo, el tipo de estudio es descriptivo de diseño correlacional, no experimental de corte transversal. La población estará conformada por 30 profesionales de enfermería. La técnica empleada fue la encuesta y como instrumento un cuestionario tipo Escala de Likert, conformados por 20 ítems.
