Therapeutic nursing communication and its relationship with the control of anxiety in preoperative patients of the specialized surgery service of the Lima Naval Medical Center, 2022

Abstract

The objective of this research work is to determine and analyze the relationship between therapeutic nursing communication and the level of anxiety in pre-surgical patients of the Surgical Specialties Service of the Naval Medical Center. Material and Method: this research is quantitative, since we use data collection to demonstrate the supported hypothesis with the objectives of establishing guidelines on behavior and testing theories, Quasi-experimental, and it is Correlational: by determining whether both variables are related or not. The sample population consists of 70 patients from the Surgical Specialties service of the Naval Medical Center. To collect data, the interview and two surveys will be used, one to measure therapeutic communication and the IDARE test to measure the level of anxiety.

En el presente trabajo de investigación tiene como Objetivo: determinar y analizar la relación existente entre La comunicación terapeutica de enfermería y el nivel de la ansiedad en pacientes prequirúrgicos del Servicio Especialidades Quirúrgicas del Centro Médico Naval. Material y Método: esta investigación es de tipo cuantitativo, ya que utilizamos la recolección de datos para demostración de la hipótesis sustentada con objetivos de establecer pautas sobre el comportamiento y comprobar teorías, Cuasi experimental, y es Correlacional: al determinar si ambas variables están relacionadas o no. La población muestra está constituida por 70 pacientes del servicio de Especialidades Quirúrgicas del Centro Médico Naval. Para la recolección de datos se utilizará la entrevista y dos encuestas uno para medir la comunicación terapeutica y la prueba IDARE para medir el nivel de ansiedad.
