Level of stress and work performance of post-pandemic nursing staff in the emergency service in Ica hospitals, 2022

Abstract

The study has the objective of determining the relationship between the level of stress and the work performance of post-pandemic nursing personnel in the emergency service in Hospitals de Ica, 2022; presents a quantitative approach methodology, nonexperimental design, cross-sectional and correlational, the total population is made up of 110 nursing professionals from Ica hospitals, who will be surveyed through two questionnaires to obtain the results. These data will be collected using correctly validated instruments, they will be organized using the SPSS program, through which we will obtain descriptive and inferential results.

El estudio cuenta con el objetivo determinar la relación entre el nivel de estrés y el desempeño laboral del personal de enfermería post pandemia en el servicio de emergencia en Hospitales de Ica, 2022; presenta una metodología de enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño no experimental, de corte transversal y correlacional, la población total, se conforma por 110 profesionales de enfermería de los hospitales de Ica, aquellos que serán encuestados a través de dos cuestionarios para obtener los resultados. Estos datos se recopilarán mediante los instrumentos correctamente validados, se organizarán mediante el programa SPSS, por el cual obtendremos los resultados descriptivos e inferenciales.
