The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between the Management of the rural agrarian productive development program and the competitiveness of small and medium-sized agricultural producers in the province of Huarochirí, Lima Peru 2023. For which it was developed under a methodology quantitative, applied, correlational descriptive level, nonexperimental design and cross-sectional research scope. A sample made up of 100 small and medium-sized agricultural producers from the province in question was used; two questionnaires on an ordinal scale were used as instruments to carry out the measurement. The results were obtained that 59% of the small and medium agricultural producers surveyed indicated a medium level of Management of the Rural Agrarian Productive Development Program; followed by 21% a low level and 20% a high level. Likewise, 58% of small and medium agricultural producers indicated that they perceive a medium level of business competitiveness; followed by 27% indicated a high level and 22% a low level. By applying Spearman's Rho test, a positive correlation measurement coefficient of (r = 0.692) was obtained and the significance found (p = 0.000), the latter being less than the established maximum error of 0.05, allowing the proposed hypothesis to be verified. initially, generating the conclusion that the Management of the rural agrarian productive development program is significantly and at the same time positively related to the competitiveness of small and medium-sized agricultural producers in the province of Huarochirí 2023.
Resumen
La presente investigación ha tenido por finalidad de estudio determinar la relación de la Gestión del programa de desarrollo productivo agrario rural y la competitividad de los pequeños y medianos productores agrícolas de la provincia de Huarochirí, Lima Perú 2023. Para lo cual se desarrolló bajo una metodología cuantitativa, aplicada, nivel descriptivo correlacional, diseño no experimental y alcance de investigación transversal. Se usó una muestra conformada por 100 pequeños y medianos productores agrícolas de la provincia en mención, se utilizó dos cuestionarios en escala ordinal como instrumentos para ejecutar la medición. Se obtuvo como resultados que el 59% de los pequeños y medianos productores agrícolas encuestados indicaron un nivel medio de Gestión del Programa de Desarrollo Productivo Agrario Rural; seguido por un 21% un nivel bajo y el 20% un nivel alto. Asimismo, el 58% de los pequeños y medianos productores agrícolas indicaron que perciben un nivel medio de competitividad empresarial; seguido por un 27% indicaron un nivel alto y el 22% un nivel bajo. Al aplicar la prueba Rho de Spearman se pudo obtener un coeficiente positivo de medida correlación de (r = 0.692) y como significancia hallada (p = 0.000) siendo este último dato menor al establecido error máximo de 0.05, permitiendo que se compruebe la hipótesis planteada inicialmente, generando la conclusión que la Gestión del programa de desarrollo productivo agrario rural se relaciona significativamente y a la vez positivamente con la competitividad de los pequeños y medianos productores agrícolas de la provincia de Huarochirí 2023.
