Abstract

Objective: To determine the relationship between the knowledge and attitudes of first-time mothers regarding the warning signs of newborns discharged from the Hospital Essalud – Lima 2021.

The research manuscript has a quantitative approach, is applied, and is non-experimental with a cross-sectional, descriptive, and correlational design. The sample consisted of 92 first-time mothers of newborns discharged from the Hospital Essalud – Lima 2021, selected from a population of 121 mothers using a formula for finite populations.

For this study, a survey will be conducted as the technique, using two questionnaires as instruments, both with a Cronbach's alpha coefficient greater than 0.7, demonstrating an acceptable level of consistency. In addition, both descriptive and inferential statistical analyses will be applied.

Objetivo: Determinar relación existe entre los conocimientos y las actitudes de madres primigestas sobre señales de alarma del neonato de alta Hospital Essalud – Lima 2021 El manuscrito de indagación que se presenta posee un enfoque cuantitativo, asimismo, es aplicada, referente a su diseño, es no experimental de corte transversal, descriptivo y correlacional. la muestra fue de 92 madres primigestas de neonatos de alta Hospital Essalud – Lima 2021 obtenido de una población de 121 madres a través de una fórmula para poblaciones finitas. Para este estudio se realizará una encuesta como técnica, aplicándose dos cuestionarios como instrumento con coeficiente de alfa de Cronbach superior a 0.7 demostrando una consistencia aceptable. además de ello se aplicará estadística tanto descriptiva como inferencial.
