Quality of care and satisfaction among mothers attending the growth and development clinic at the San Martín de Porres Confraternidad Health Center – Los Olivos, 2023

Abstract

Objective: Determine the relationship between the quality of care and satisfaction in mothers who attend the growth and development clinic of the San Martin de Porres Confraternidad-Los Olivos 2023 Health Center. Method: The sample consists of 169 participants. The methodological design considered is a hypothetical deductive, quantitative, applied, nonexperimental and cross-sectional study. The technique to be applied will be the survey and the measurement instruments will be the "Quality of Care Questionnaire" and "Satisfaction Questionnaire in mothers". The information collected will be processed and analyzed using Excel and the SPSS version 26 program. Finally, to contrast the working hypotheses, Spearman's Rho test will be applied, which will verify the correlation of the variables involved.

Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre la calidad de atención y satisfacción en madres que asisten al consultorio de crecimiento y desarrollo del Centro de Salud San Martin de Porres Confraternidad-Los Olivos 2023. Método: La muestra consta de 169 participantes. El diseño metodológico considerado es de un estudio hipotético deductivo, cuantitativo, aplicado, no experimental y transversal. La técnica para aplicarse será la encuesta y los instrumentos de medición serán el “Cuestionario de calidad de atención” y “Cuestionario de satisfacción en madres”. La información recolectada será procesada y analizada empleando el Excel y el programa SPSS versión 26, finalmente para contrastar las hipótesis de trabajo será aplicada la prueba Rho de Spearman que verificará la correlación de variables involucradas.
