Word stressors and word productive in nurses in the critical unit of hospital in Lima, 2023

Abstract

Objective: "To determine the relationship between labor stressors and labor productivity in nurses of critical units", population will be constituted by 86 nurses of critical units of a hospital in Lima. Sample: the total population. Methodological Design: The type of research will be applied. Design will be observational, descriptive, correlational, prospective and cross-sectional. Instruments: To evaluate the variable "Job Stressors" the questionnaire adapted in Peru by Mendoza et. al in 2021 will be used, reliable by means of Cronbach's Alpha of 0.977 and to evaluate the variable "Job Productivity" the questionnaire adapted by Salazar in 2019 will be applied, reliable by means of Cronbach’s Alpha of 0.805. The data collection technique will be the survey. Statistical processing and data analysis: a matrix table will be used using Microsoft Excel 2021, processing by SPSS 27.0 statistical package and to test hypotheses the Spearman's Rho correlation statistical test.

Objetivo: determinar la relación que existe entre estresores laborales y productividad laboral entre enfermeras de la unidad crítica. Metodología: enfoque cuantitativo de tipo aplicada, diseño observacional, descriptivo, correlaciones, prospectivo y transversal. Población: 30 enfermeras de la unidad crítica de un Hospital de Lima. Técnica e instrumentos de recolección de datos: encuesta; para la variable “estresores laborales” se utilizará el cuestionario adaptado en Perú por Mendoza et. al en el 2021, confiable con un Alfa de Cronbach de 0,977 y para la variable “productividad laboral” el cuestionario adaptado por Salazar en el año 2019 con un Alfa de Cronbach de 0, 805. Procesamiento estadístico y análisis de datos: mediante una tabla matriz utilizando Microsoft Excel 2021, uso del paquete estadístico SPSS 27.0 y para comprobar la hipótesis el Rho de Spearman.
