Humanized nursing care and satisfaction of mothers of the pediatric hospitalization service of the General Hospital of Jaén-Cajamarca 2023

Abstract

The present research project will have as general objective: To determine the relationship that exists between humanized nursing care and the satisfaction of mothers in the pediatric hospitalization service of a Hospital-2023. The population object of the study will be made up of 80 mothers (100%). Material and Method: The study will be applied with the hypothetical - deductive method, quantitative approach, applied research type and design is observational, descriptive, correlational level or scope and cross-sectional. The questionnaire called Humanized Care and the other questionnaire called the evaluation scale of the level of maternal satisfaction will be applied. For the data procedure, it will be carried out with the Excel program and the SPSS version 25 program to obtain the descriptive results, with which the proposed hypotheses can be contrasted and to be able to obtain conclusions from the study to explain its objectives. Cronbach's Alpha reliability will be used.

El presente proyecto de investigación tendrá como Objetivo general: Determinar la relación que existe entre el cuidado humanizado de enfermería y la satisfacción de las madres en el servicio hospitalización pediatría de un Hospital-2023. La población objeto del estudio estará conformada por 80 madres (100%). Material y Método: El estudio será aplicado con el método hipotético – deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, tipo investigación aplicada y diseño es observacional, descriptivo, de nivel o alcance correlacional y de corte transversal. Se aplicará el cuestionario denominado Cuidado Humanizado y el otro cuestionario denominado escala de evaluación del nivel de satisfacción materna. Para el procedimiento de datos se realizará con el programa Excel y el programa SPSS versión 25 para obtención de los resultados descriptivos, con las que se podrá contrastar las hipótesis planteadas y poder obtener conclusiones del estudio para explicar sus objetivos. Se utilizará la confiabilidad de Alfa de Cronbach.
