Ergonomic risks and musculoskeletal disorders of nursing professionals in the surgical center of a hospital in Lima, 2023

Abstract

Objective: To determine the relationship between ergonomic risks and musculoskeletal disorders presented by nursing professionals in the Surgical Center of a Hospital in Lima, 2023. Method: The method will be deductive, hypothetical correlational, descriptive, non-experimental, cross-sectional design, quantitative approach. The population that will participate will be made up of 50 nurses from the surgical center of a Hospital in Lima. The sample will be equal to the population. The technique that will be used will be the survey and the instruments to be used are: Ergonomic risks and musculoskeletal disorders, counting on adequate validation and reliability. The information processing will be carried out with the SPSS V.25 software and the inferential processing of the hypotheses will be carried out using the Spearman correlation coefficient, which is the ideal test due to the nature of both variables.

Objetivo: Determinar la relación que existe entre los riesgos ergonómicos y trastornos músculo esqueléticos que presentan los profesionales de enfermería en el Centro Quirúrgico de un Hospital de Lima, 2023. Método: El método será deductivo, hipotético correlacional, cuantitativo, descriptivo, no experimental, transversal. La población fue de 50 enfermeras del centro quirúrgico de un Hospital de Lima. La muestra será censal. La técnica que se utilizará será la encuesta, los instrumentos a emplear son riesgos ergonómicos y trastornos músculo esqueléticos, contando una validación y confiabilidad adecuada. El procesamiento de información se realizará con el software SPSS V.25 y el procesamiento inferencial de las hipótesis se realizarán utilizando el sistema de correlación de Spearman que es la prueba idónea por la naturaleza que presentan ambas variables
